Quality Policy

GMCE Software Consultant S.r.l. designs and develops software solutions and IT services that enable its clients to increase productivity, reduce costs, improve effectiveness and efficiency, and gain a competitive advantage. We believe that every client’s problem deserves a tailor-made solution, even when it seems impossible to others.

For GMCE, quality is achieved through:

GMCE's primary objectives are:

  • customer satisfaction, achieved by monitoring their needs and providing products and services that meet those needs within the agreed-upon timeframes;

  • the continuous improvement of business performance, measured using appropriate indicators;
  • promoting an approach based on risks and opportunities, aimed at preventing problems and seizing opportunities for innovation;
  • compliance with the mandatory requirements applicable to products, services, and business activities.

Senior Management is committed to providing the resources necessary to uphold the principles of this Policy, which is shared with staff and made available to stakeholders.

The Policy is reviewed at least once a year, and the extent to which it is implemented is assessed based on the achievement of the objectives set forth in the Management Review.
